You will learn about how language is used in a variety of contexts, cultures and times, investigate its impact on audiences and apply a wide range of techniques when producing your own texts. You will then broaden your experiences at GCSE English Language (Edexcel) and GCSE English Literature (Edexcel) where you will demonstrate your ability to analyse and evaluate other writers’ work and create your own. You will then have the opportunity to expand your skills in A level English Language and Literature (Edexcel) or A level English Literature, (Edexcel) where you will encounter more demanding texts and tasks and reflect on the success of your outcomes.
